Warranty

We include a 3 Year Full Warranty on all orders.
 
For a period of 3 years from the date of original purchase, Sapphire is protected & covered against any and all product defects when purchased through our online store.
 
How to claim your warranty:
  1. Get in touch with us directly via email: hello@sheenskin.au, and tell us what’s wrong with the product (attach a photo if you can) and one of our lovely customer support members will get back to you as soon as possible!
  2. Once approved, the customer support member will give you the option of either a replacement product, or a full refund.
  3. Upon your decision, you will either be given a return address for the package if you chose a replacement, and we’ll send out another one immediately. Alternatively, if you selected a full refund, we’ll process you're refund instantly! – For refunds, please allow up to 1-2 business day processing time for the funds to reach your account.
