Warranty
We include a 3 Year Full Warranty on all orders.
For a period of 3 years from the date of original purchase, Sapphire is protected & covered against any and all product defects when purchased through our online store.
How to claim your warranty:
- Get in touch with us directly via email: hello@sheenskin.au, and tell us what’s wrong with the product (attach a photo if you can) and one of our lovely customer support members will get back to you as soon as possible!
- Once approved, the customer support member will give you the option of either a replacement product, or a full refund.
- Upon your decision, you will either be given a return address for the package if you chose a replacement, and we’ll send out another one immediately. Alternatively, if you selected a full refund, we’ll process you're refund instantly! – For refunds, please allow up to 1-2 business day processing time for the funds to reach your account.
