Refund policy

We are proud to offer 100% easy, hassle-free returns & refunds.
 
If you are unhappy with your product, we’ll either send you a replacement, or refund your money – at your decision!
 
To begin with, get in touch with us directly via care@sheenskin.au, and one of our lovely customer support members will get back to you as soon as possible! In the email, make sure you include some details about why you aren’t happy with the order (add photos if relevant to your situation).
 
From there, our customer support member will give you a return address with instructions, from which we'll then process your refund immediately after it's been sent! Please allow up to 1-2 business day processing time for refunds, for the funds to return back to your account.
